Baggage Allowance and Packing Advice

Your baggage allowance depends on your ticket type and journey. Check your booking before packing to confirm the permitted cabin baggage and checked luggage.

Before leaving home, make sure you:

• Check the weight and size limits for your bags.
• Review any fees for additional baggage.
• Keep essential documents and valuables in your hand luggage.
• Follow airport rules for liquids and restricted items.
• Remove old baggage tags before checking in your suitcase.

Passengers travelling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, or special items should check the airline’s requirements in advance.

Security Checks and Boarding Gates

After completing check-in and baggage drop, follow the signs to security screening. Keep your boarding pass available and follow the instructions given by airport staff.

Once through security, check the departure screens for your gate number and any updates. Gates can change, so check the information regularly and allow enough time to reach the boarding area.

Follow the boarding time provided by SunExpress. Arriving late at the gate may mean you cannot board, even if the aircraft has not departed.
